Graduate Development Programme 2019 The Europe Commercial team is responsible for marketing the Company’s Crude Oil, NGLs and Natural Gas produced in North West Europe and North Africa. To compliment physical sales, the team also makes use of financial derivatives in order to manage price risk and optimise profitability. In addition, the group provides commercial guidance to the Company’s business development functions in order to maximise profitability. The Commercial Graduate Development Programme is a two-year structured programme for graduate new hires to the London Commercial group. This programme provides new graduates with an opportunity to learn more about the organisation and various aspects of the Commercial business and help them decide on their preferred career path within the business During the programme, you can expect to participate in regular formal training including new hire inductions. In addition to on the job training, you will be learning from experienced colleagues around you. In these environments you will be challenged to develop your analytical skills along with the interdisciplinary team-working and communication skills essential to our business. The Europe Commercial team is based in in the heart of London City in a newly refurbished office with excellent transport links from nearby rail and tube stations.
