Working closely with the Turnaround Assurance Manager in the Turnaround Management Office, you will be accountable for the development, maintenance and sustainment of all Turnaround related Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and benchmarking trends/analytics for Enterprise Turnarounds. You will use your expertise to:Provide performance analysis, stewardship reporting, variance analysis and support for turnarounds across Suncor, while overseeing governance and quality of data and corporate reporting Work with site personnel to provide expertise for site implementation and ongoing support for Enterprise Project Controls reporting, including assisting sites in project set-up, estimating, funding, forecasting and cost control processes Identify and participate in performance improvement projects and report on critical metrics Collaborate with site controls and leadership teams to provide gap closure and implementation of Enterprise Turnaround Reporting and support processes Assist the site in the delivery of preliminary and control estimates using standard templates Work with other departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Capital Projects) to ensure all processes are optimized for successful reporting Monitor internal and external partner relationships and processes to ensure integrity of reporting inputs We’d like to review your application if you have… Must-haves (minimum requirements):Five years of relevant analytical experience, including business analysis and synthesis of financial and quantitative data from several sources A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics or equivalent Strong proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel, Access and Power BI, and intermediate to advanced SAP Reporting (BW, BOBJ) skills Superior analytical and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail Strong communication skills that allow you to achieve the best results and deliver the most value A strong continuous improvement mindset The ability to craft a common vision of programs and environments to enable broad improvements to seemingly diverse businesses Alignment with our values of: safety above all else, respect, raise the bar, commitments matter and do the right thing Where you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other meaningful information:You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
